What is included in the delegate pass?
All passes include full access to both days of the programme, every keynote, themed session and panel, all networking sessions, lunches, refreshment breaks, the Day 1 drinks reception, and a digital copy of the conference programme.
Can I get an invoice for my organisation?
Yes. Once your registration is confirmed our team issues a formal invoice. Payment is accepted by bank transfer or card, and purchase order (PO) based invoicing is available for corporate registrations.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days may be transferred to a colleague or credited to a future edition. Contact us for the full terms.
How do I book accommodation?
Registered delegates receive preferred-rate accommodation details for the Rome venue and nearby hotels. Details are shared with your confirmation email after registration.
Will sessions be recorded?
Selected keynote sessions are recorded. Premium pass holders receive post-event access to session recordings and materials; Standard pass holders receive the written summary and speaker slides.

The 3rd Annual MaxPotent Pharma Summit takes place in Rome on 21–22 April 2027. The venue is being finalised. Full venue and accommodation details are shared with registered delegates and confirmed sponsors as soon as they are confirmed.
