Frequently asked questions
What is included in the delegate pass?
All passes include full access to both conference streams across both days, all networking sessions, lunches, refreshment breaks, the Day 1 drinks reception, and a digital copy of the conference programme.
Can I get an invoice for my organisation?
Yes — upon confirming your registration, our team will issue a formal invoice. Payment is accepted by bank transfer or card. Purchase order (PO) based invoicing is available for corporate registrations.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days may be transferred to a colleague or credited to a future edition. Contact us for full terms.
How do I book accommodation?
Registered delegates receive preferred rate accommodation details for the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Milano and nearby hotels. Details are shared with your confirmation email after registration.
Will sessions be recorded?
Selected keynote sessions will be recorded. Premium pass holders receive post-event access to session recordings and materials. Standard pass holders receive the written summary and speaker slides.
