MaxPotent Pharma Summit was founded on a single conviction: the HPAPI industry is one of the most technically complex, rapidly evolving, and critically important sectors in global pharmaceutical manufacturing — and it deserves a conference built exclusively for it.
Too many pharma conferences treat high-potency manufacturing as a sub-track or breakout session. We built MaxPotent to put it centre stage — with a curated two-day programme, a senior and highly targeted delegate audience, and a format designed to drive real conversations between the people who matter most in this space.

Identifying the gap
Convolign Business Consulting identified a critical gap in the European conference landscape — no event was dedicated exclusively to the full HPAPI value chain. Speaker recruitment and programme development began, with strong early interest from the European biopharma community.
Inaugural edition — Milan 2025
The 1st Annual MaxPotent Pharma Summit took place at Duo Milan Porta Nuova, 25–26 September 2025. Over 300 delegates attended, including keynote speaker Justin Mason-Home and representatives from FPS Food & Pharma Systems, Hologic Diagenode, Miltenyi Biotec, Secretech, PromoCell, HistologiX, HAWK Biosystems, Rouken Bio, and Lugaia.
2nd Annual Edition — Milan 2026
Building on the sold-out inaugural edition, MaxPotent 2026 returns to Milan on 6–7 May at the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Milano — with an expanded programme, 25+ speakers across two streams, and 300+ expected delegates from across Europe and beyond.
3rd Annual Edition — Milan 2027
After the conclusion of the 2026 summit, dates for the 3rd Annual MaxPotent Pharma Summit will be announced. Milan remains the permanent home of the summit series.
